Accreditation of Non-Residents for Execution of Non-Anonymous Exchange Transactions
Simplified accreditation:
-
eliminates the need to legalize documents submitted to the Exchange for accreditation;
-
eliminates the need to obtain an electronic digital signature;
-
streamlines the procedure for the execution of the exchange services contract and the method used to sign such contract (it is sufficient to accede to the standard form agreement by signing the application/questionnaire);
-
documents for the accreditation of the buyer may also be submitted by the seller, which accelerates and simplifies the accreditation process;
-
translation of documents into the Russian language is no longer mandatory.
