Obtain/renew eds for e-procurement (on-site at BUCE office)

Maximum timeframe for preliminary review of documents in the Personal cabinet: 3 working days.

The service is provided only in case of a personal visit to BUCE office (following the receipt of an sms notifying about a successful review of the submitted documents).

To take advantage of this service, get registered on BUCE, and obtain an EDS, please, follow the steps below:

Important notice

Contract for the bank

Should your bank or treasury request a BUCE-signed contract in order to process the payment, please save, fill in, and print the required contract. If payment is made under this contract, submission of its original copy to BUCE Certifying Authority is mandatory!

The service includes:

  1. EDS-related advice and a complete check of submitted documents.
  2. Identification of parties to a financial transaction in accordance with Art. 8 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated June 30, 2014 No. 165-З “On measures to prevent money laundering and financing of terrorist activities and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction”.
  3. Generation of an electronic package of documents;
  4. Issuing an open key certificate by BUCE Certifying Authority.

3. Prepare and scan the following documents:

  • Residents of the Republic of Belarus
  • Non-residents of the Republic of Belarus
  1. Copy of the bank transfer order confirming full payment for the rendered service;
  2. Copies of pages from the legal representative’s passport containing his/her ID details;
  3. Letter of attorney for the legal representative (trader) drawn up in accordance with BUCE-approved template (not required if the certificate is issued to the CEO). Please, take notice that the certificate is issued for the duration of the letter of attorney but no more than 1 year. We recommend that the letter of attorney duration is at least 1 year.

! In case of any changes in the legal address, legal entities are to submit a supporting document (a page from the Articles of Incorporation containing a valid legal address or a notice confirming the fact that the legal address has changed).

IMPORTANT! To obtain an EDS at BUCE office one must submit the following:

  1. Passport
  2. Original copy of the letter of attorney (not required if the certificate is issued to the CEO).
  3. Flash drive (if a flash drive is not included into the service)
  1. Copy of the bank transfer order confirming full payment for the rendered service;
  2. Copies of pages from the legal representative’s passport containing his/her ID details
  3. Legalized copy of an entry from the Commercial Register, which is no older than 1 year. It is imperative that the copy of the entry from the Commercial Register of the applicants country of incorporation contains the following information:
    • registration number;
    • full and short name of the company (form of incorporation and official name of the legal entity);
    • legal address (address (physical location) of the legal entity);
    • executives (CEOs, owners, etc.), private persons authorized to act on behalf of the legal entity without the letter of attorney.

    Translation must be provided for the entire document, including the corporate seal. The translator’s signature must be notarized in Belarusian or Russian:

  4. Legalized letter of attorney for the legal representative (trader) drawn up in accordance with BUCE-approved template (not required if the certificate is issued to the CEO) . All letters of attorney must be issued and certified by a notary officer. The notary officer verifies the legal capacity of the legal entity and the powers of the person who signs the letter of attorney. Translation must be provided for the entire document, including the corporate seal. The translator’s signature must be notarized in Belarusian or Russian.

IMPORTANT! To obtain an EDS on-site at BUCE office, one must present the following:

  1. Passport
  2. Flash drive (if a flash drive is not included into the service)
  3. Original entry from the Commercial Register (part of the package of documents submitted for preliminary review)
  4. Original copy of the letter of attorney (part of the package of documents submitted for preliminary review)
