Industrial & Consumer Goods

How to Participate

As for legal arrangements, participation in the exchange auctions for industrial and consumer goods (ICG) is completely identical to the other trading sections. Both resident and non-resident legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus that decided to be engaged in exchange trade have the right to participate in the exchange auctions for ICG.
Participation in the exchange auctions can be arranged in two ways:

OPTION 1

Independent participation in the exchange auctions for ICG on their own behalf and at their own expense. In this case, the applicants claim the status of being a Visitor of the Exchange Auctions. Once you have received this status, your organization will have the right to participate in the exchange auctions not only at ICG Section, but also at any other section of the exchange (metal products, timber, agriproducts).

But in the case the applicant is intended to provide brokerage services to other organizations in addition to participation in exchange auctions for ICG on his own behalf and at his own expense, he will claim the status of being an exchange broker.

Receipt of any status by the applicant is possible only after his accreditation, obtaining the Electronic Digital Signature (EDS), his registration in «Personal Account» (using the EDS) and the simultaneous formation and signing with the exchange the Contract for Rendering the Exchange Services.

OPTION 2

Using the services of a professional participant (an exchange broker) by becoming his client. In this case, there is no need for accreditation, getting the EDS, concluding the contract with the exchange. All legal relations are established only between your organization as a client and the exchange broker. Your interaction with the exchange encompasses your registration only that will be fulfilled by the exchange broker for free.
