2010.03.05 | Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Oversight will lift its temporary ban on meat imports

Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Oversight will lift its temporary ban on meat imports from a number of companies in Australia, Belgium, Lithuania, and the U.S., reported ITAR-TASS on Monday, citing the regulator’s statement.

The veterinary regulator will also lift on Wednesday its temporary ban on meat supplies from Belarus’ Gomel Meat Processing Plant.

No information on when the ban was introduced was provided.
