2011.06.27 | Sberbank says Kerimov’s companies apply for financing to buy stake in Belaruskali Companies run by businessman Suleiman Kerimov have applied to Sberbank of Russia for financing of the transaction to acquire a stake in Belaruskali, Sberbank Deputy Chairman of the Board Andrei Donskikh told RIA Novosti.“They have identified their interest in the deal, and we have started negotiations,” he said on Thursday. “Sberbank plans to be engaged as an arranger.” Previously, the Belarusian president said Belaruskali was available at U.S. $30 billion.
