2010.08.23 | No entry into Belarusian forests The prohibition to enter forests has been expanded onto Grodno Region. Thus, no entry is allowed into Belarusian forests across the country, the Belarusian Forestry Ministry said in a statement.According to the national weather service, over the last 24 hours (August 12) fire risks of 1-3 degrees were registered, fourth degree – in Vitebsk Region, Mogilev Region, and Gomel Region, fifth degree – Kostyukovichi District, Gomel Region. On August 14-16 forest fire risks are expected at the third degree in most parts in Vitebsk Region, fourth degree in some parts in Gomel Region and Mogilev Region, fifth degree in eastern parts of Mogilev Region and Gomel Region.
