2010.08.23 | Russian ministry to give 25 bln rbl to drought-affected regions Russia’s Finance Ministry plans to provide loans worth 15 billion to 20 billion rubles and subsidies worth 5 billion rubles by the end of August to regions affected by the continuing drought, First Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov said in an interview with Rossiiskaya Gazeta, the government’s official newspaper, published.He said the government would also provide additional loans worth 10 billion rubles and subsidies worth 5 billion rubles in October–November.
