2010.06.11 | Russia allows free trade of precious metals in special econ zones Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on June 6 allowing the free trade of precious metals and stones in special economic zones, the president’s press service said.In late 2009, Medvedev also signed a decree easing rules for the export of precious metals and stones.
