2010.06.11 | Belarus’ Svetlogorsk CCP output up 8.6% in Jan-Apr 2010 Commodity output of Belarus’ OAO Svetlogorsk cellulose and cardboard plant (CCP), located in the Gomel Region, increased 8.6% year-on-year in January-April 2010 to 75.403 billion Belarusian rubles (Br), an official with the plant told Prime-Tass.Corrugated container output increased 19.4% on the year in the period to 36.01 million square meters. Corrugated cardboard output amounted to 18.284 million square meters, down 1.6%, and cardboard output went up 4.2% to 40,117 square meters. The company’s sales proceeds went up 32.7% to 74.165 billion rubles. Exports rose 28.4% in January-April to U.S. $10.873 million Svetlogorsk CCP is the only producer of pulp in Belarus.
